Definitions

Products
Product and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. If necessary we will substitute for an equal or higher priced item directly as the majority of our orders are time critical and we may not have time to contact you. If time is available we will attempt to contact you.
Delivery Zones
United Kingdom includes the U.K. Mainland only (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight).
Deliveries to Ireland are possible at an extra charge - please call 08000979999.
Payment
Payment will be processed via WorldPay. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Switch. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. We require you to supply the registered address of the Credit Card holder, which is used to validate your order with your selected credit card company. Failure to supply the correct details will result in your order being held pending the supply of the correct details.
The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen.
In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with The Fabulous Bakin' Boys, you the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
Delivery
Muffin the Mail Orders and Shop Orders received by 3pm on any standard working day (Monday to Thursday) will be delivered by the next day. Jack in da box Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail and should arrive the next day. Muffin the Mail Orders received on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday. You can request that we dispatch your Muffin the Mail, Shop Order or Jack in da Box order on any future date, providing it is one of our standard delivery days, see the delivery calendar in which is available after you have completed your shopping basket.
All orders require a signature on delivery, delivery will usually occur between 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. However, if you are unable to sign for the delivery, please indicate alternative delivery method (e.g. leave in garage, shed or with neighbour) during the checkout process. Please note that we accept no responsibility for delivery if a signature is not provided.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during working hours. Should our courier be unable to deliver, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If no contact is made, re-delivery may be attempted without further contact with the recipient. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery. It is therefore recommended that gifts are sent to a work address if possible.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office address finding service.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.
Deliveries will be made to the address that you have selected. In the event that you select a business address The Fabulous Bakin' Boys shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative at the business address a signed receipt of delivery.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order at any time, up until noon on the day you have requested that it is dispatched. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department on 08000979999.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the packaged item(s) to:

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to The Fabulous Bakin' Boys and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us.
We required to be notified of any order issues within 14 days of dispatch. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this time period.
It is The Fabulous Bakin' Boys mission to deliver fabulous cakes and eradicate grumpiness in Britain. As a result, we aim to deliver the best possible customer experience, and we therefore adhere to and if possible exceed, all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you, and in order to clarify this we have a published Privacy Statement.
Complaints
We value our customer's satisfaction very highly. If you have any complaints regarding your order or the service please e-mail us at mtm@bakinboys.co.uk or telephone 08000979999 and explain the situation. We'd be pleased to help you.
Gift Messages
We can include a special message and card of your choice with Muffin the Mail and Jack in da box. This will be reproduced as you type it directly onto the message card. We do not include the option of adding in messages or gift cards with our standard shop orders.
We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider might offend the recipient for defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing or in breach of confidence, copyright or any other legal rights.
We take care to ensure that your gift is dispatched in perfect condition. If when it has been received you are unhappy with its condition you can reject the delivery, inform the courier, and tell him to return the affected items to us. Return the product together with its packaging to the address below.
